VIP Classes

BodySocial are hosting a limited number of FREE VIP classes.  This will allow us to introduce ourselves to you and enable you to experience Reformer Pilates in our brand-new studio.

Come on your own or with a group – you can have groups of up to 10 – there’s no charge, but you may want to take the opportunity to raise some funds for a charity – entirely up to you.

Spaces are limited.

Reformer Pilates is for everyone – first timer, intermediate or expert.  Build strength, improve mobility – feel taller, leaner and more confident – all without any intimidating gym atmosphere.

The BodySocial studio has plenty of space, free parking and a cosy self-serve coffee bar.  It’s all in the name – BodySocial – with friends and perhaps new friends.

No pressure. No judgement.

Just great workouts with friendly, like-minded people.
